Brookwood Gardens in Wheaton Garden has a small lily patch which offers a wide array of interesting photo opportunites.
Water lilies always facinate me, especially the very close up ones.

Nice shot, if were you i wolud have played around with curves/shadows/highlights and sharpness for the sake of post processing.

I find the shadows on the back a bit distracting, cool picture nonetheless.

I love the composition, contrast of whites and greens and shadows. One pointer though - to isolate your subject more, consider opening up the aperture to a f/2.8 if you can. That way the background will be more blurred, rendering a beautiful bokeh that would complement your image very nicely.
